Game Rules

1-2 dice: One die recommended for 3-4 players. Two dice recommended for 5-6 players.

1 piece per player: Use your custom Loveland pieces, or grab tiny items from your home (a crystal, a coin, a ring, etc.)

Each player chooses a piece and places it on the Star.

The person who went through a breakup most recently goes first. The player to their left goes next.

Play moves clockwise. On your very first roll leaving the Star, share a moment you were proud of yourself. The story opens.

Starting the next round (if you play again), the player whose piece is furthest from the Heart goes first.

On your turn: Roll the die (or dice). Move forward the number you rolled. Read the space out loud. Do what it asks. Then the next player goes.

One space rule: If a space tells you to move again, you move again, but you do not read or perform the instructions of the new space you land on.

You only do the instructions for the first space you land on each turn. If a space asks you to choose someone, trust your instinct.
